Global player for special transports from Universal Transport

115 trams for Warsaw: For some companies this could be the order of the year but for Universal Transport its day-to-day business. True to the company motto “Don’t worry be heavy”, the group’s experts lead complex heavy transports and cross-modal projects regionally, nationally, and globally.

This time, the colleagues from our polish branch got the task of organizing the transport for a total of 115 trams from Bremerhaven to Warsaw. The South Korean build trams are taken over directly at the quayside.

“It’s great that our colleagues in Poznan got this order, they have been able to manage the demanding transport smoothly in close cooperation with Eisenhüttenstadt,” says Sales Manager Dennis Gisella.

It takes four nights to transport one of the trams with a total length of 46 m and a total weight of 115 t from Bremerhaven to Warsaw.
