Periodic training of a professional driver
Periodic training every professional driver must undergo periodically every 5 years. It ends with the issuing of a professional qualification certificate. It is intended for professional drivers who obtained a category C or C1 license before September 10, 2009 or a category D or D1 license before September 10, 2008, and for those who have already obtained a professional qualification certificate and want to extend its validity. for another 5 years.
What does the training look like?
To pass the training, you must participate in 35 hours of classes - 21 in the basic part and 14 in the specialist part, the topics of which can be listed depending on the driver's responsibilities. It takes place in the form of lectures and covers various issues, such as rational driving, road safety, minimizing the risk of breakdown, legal regulations, the ability to prevent crime and environmental protection. The training does not end with the state examination.
To pass the training, medical and psychological tests must be performed. There are no health and psychological contraindications for practicing the profession. In the case of drivers who are 60 years of age, the tests are issued for a period of 30 months. Then, with the appropriate decisions, you can contact the appropriate communication department, where the driving license is replaced and the code 95 confirming the entitlement is entered in the twelfth column.
